Colton Scott is an experienced organizational leader with a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and large-scale project delivery. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for leading diverse teams, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and implementing initiatives that drive measurable results.

Currently serving as a department director for a municipal organization, Colton oversees all aspects of daily operations, including staff development, capital project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with community and regional stakeholders. He has successfully led complex initiatives from concept to completion, most notably the development of a state-of-the-art community facility that serves as a regional hub for residents and visitors alike.

Colton earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Administration from Illinois State University, where he continues to support leadership and mentoring programs.
